Not just a fitness class, but a family
In calisthenics class, we work on building strength with our bodyweight, learning moves such as the muscle up and handstand, so you can
- Feel the rush of serotonin from achieving a new exercise​
- Feel good about what your body can do and how strong it is
​
You don't need to have lots of upper body strength to get started. We use resistance bands to make movements such as pullups scalable for all abilities, eventually progressing onto bodyweight reps and more advanced movements such as the muscle up.

This class is suitable for all abilities. Though if you are a total beginner, we suggested attending Beginners Calisthenics for 6 sessions before joining Mixed Ability, so you're confident and up to speed.
