Pole Heels Choreography
Explore the more sexy style of pole fitness with sassy, dynamic moves on the pole and floor choreographed in to a fun routine.
Expect lots of leg waves, body rolls and hair flicks.
We encourage you to wear heels however classes can be done bare foot or in socks too.
Suitable for anyone that has attended 4 beginner or mixed ability classes.

Our students say going to a heels class is better and cheaper than a night out!
Get dressed up and feel sexy in your chosen outfit, pop on a bit of extra make up and do your hair. Then the heels and expect a fun night exploring sexy sassy and badassy moves in your pole routine.
You don't have to dress up, just wear something you are comfortable in.
Our routines will make you feel empowered and more confident.
We advise you to bring knee pads, shorts and or leggings and heels of course.
