Pole Flow
Learn a fun dance routine; the style may change each week. One piece of choreography may be very slow, one week it might be a bit faster or more powerful, other weeks it may be more contemporary or dramatic.

Each week you will learn how to smoothly transition from one movement to the next. Slip and slide on the floor and spin around the pole.
​
Pole Flow is a great cardio workout too, it always leaves you feeling amazing!
Segments will include, spins and cartwheels, poses on the pole, interesting transitions, floor work and dance elements.
​
What to wear
We recommend wearing knee pads, leggings or long socks and shorts, and a t-shirt to help you slide on the floor.
​
No dance experience needed but we recommend you have attended at least 6 pole fitness classes beforehand.
​
Classes will run on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every Month in Shoreham at 7.45pm.
Once every two Months in Worthing.
