Handstands

The focus of this class is to get you confidently and safely handstanding away from the wall, and from there working on tricks with the legs and pressing movements. 

​

You don't have to have lots of upper body strength to do handstands, its much the same as riding a bike, its about learning to balance.

 

If you can hold a plank for 30 seconds, you have enough strength to get started.

 

We start on the wall with getting confident going upside down, learning to take the feet away for a few seconds, and most importantly leaning how never have to roll forward onto your back. 

​

The scalability of handstands mean this class is suitable for total beginners as well as those ready to take their balance to the open floor.
